The invention relates to a class of flexible bobbins intended for forming bobbins of threads when they are dyed, having at least one section made with the possibility of plastic deformation in the axial direction under the action of compressive axial load on the bobbin, each plastic section of the bobbin is bounded by two rings that are interconnected through flexible elements.
The aim of the invention is the creation of a reel in which these disadvantages are established, in particular there are no protruding inward and / or outward appendages of the reel.
In FIG. 1 and 2 show a bobbin before and after decreasing the axial size: in FIG. 3 - the limiting condition for the maximum reduction in axial size is shown in detail.
The bobbin 1 has a cylindrical or more or less pronounced conical shape with a side wall of circular cross section formed by many rings 3, which are located close to each other and interconnected by inclined jumpers 5, which are separated from each other by a distance greater than the length of each jumper. At the base there is an annular zone 7, forming a channel for the so-called stock of thread.
At a normal height of the bobbin not deformed by axial compression (Fig. 1), the bobbin has a uniform mesh structure formed by adjacent rings 3 and adjacent inclined bridges 5. When the bridges 5 are deformed under the action of the axial load, the bobbins are axially compressed due to the elastic deformation of the bridges 5 located in all the spaces between adjacent rings, and the various jumpers located in the spaces between adjacent rings 3 have the same cross section, or due to deformation of only those jumpers located in between

Depending on the applied axial load, a greater or lesser elastic deformation of the bridges can occur and, therefore, different and predetermined rapprochement of the rings, stabilizing the achieved position. In the limit, the rings 3 should have come closer to a distance that is a value of the same order as the thickness of the jumpers, as shown in FIG. 3 (jumpers due to deformation take such a position that the gap between adjacent rings 3 is a value of the same order as the width of the jumpers 5),
The relationship between the gaps, between adjacent jumpers and the length of the jumpers is such that even in the position shown in FIG. 3, there remain groups of gaps indicated in this drawing, connecting the outer and inner cavities of the bobbin, as a result of which the possibility of circulation remains, as in the conditions that took place before the axial deformation.
In all cases, the possibility of breaking parts of the bobbin is eliminated, and the latter can use various degrees of shortening, which always remain constant. ·
Such a device of the bobbin provides utmost simplicity of production, avoids the manufacture of free additional elements that may be deformed incorrectly, protruding outward or inward of the bobbin, and also avoids protrusions that may be caused by breakage of weakened areas that are known in the art and have a limit resistance followed by destruction. All these protrusions, available in the known technical solutions, can create obstacles that impede the performance of necessary operations, as well as violate the integrity of the thread.
As can be seen from the attached drawings, the jumpers. 5 are installed slightly behind the cylindrical or conical surface formed by the outer walls of the rings 3, on which the thread is wound, after which the spool is ready. Thus, even in the fully compressed state shown in FIG. 3, the thread is not compressed between the jumpers 5 and the rings 3 due to the fact that it remains at a distance from these jumpers. This is also facilitated by a decrease in the thickness of the elements 3 and 5 outward, which is dictated by the requirements of the stamping technology (shown in the first part of Fig. 3).

Claim
1. Bobbin for dyeing spools, containing a mesh shell for winding the thread when forming the spool, having many rings interconnected by a series of inclined jumpers having a length greater than the distance between adjacent rings, and made with the possibility of deformation under the action of axial load on the bobbin characterized in that in order to improve the color quality of the thread, the length of the jumpers is less than the distance between two adjacent jumpers of a separate row of jumpers connecting two adjacent rings.
